Welcome to the Pend Oreille County Auditor's Office      The Auditor's Office is committed to excellence in the delivery of public service and believes our primary responsibility is to the citizens of Pend Oreille County. Our goal is to treat our customers with trust and respect and to perform our duties in a courteous, fair and professional manner. Duties of the Auditor's Office Auto Licensing Issues titles, registrations, and state licenses for automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, and other motor vehicles. Elections Conducts federal, state, and local elections and manages voter registration for the citizens of Pend Oreille County. Financial Services Provide services for payroll, accounts payable, grant coordination, budget and financial reporting. Recording The County Auditor is the custodian of all recorded documents including, but not limited to; deeds, mortgages, judgements, liens, plats, surveys, etc. The Recording Department also issues Marriage Licenses for weddings to be performed in the State of Washington.
