Court Fines (LFO’s)

Adult Felony Convictions

Adults that have been convicted of a crime in the Superior Court could have been assessed court costs and restitution where court ordered.

When an order is entered interest is assessed on a monthly basis. The Financial Collections Officer will be able to advise you what the current interest rate would be at the time of the order.

Monthly payments are required and are set either by the court, Department of Corrections, or by the Financial Collections Officer.

Juvenile Convictions

Juveniles that have been convicted of a crime may have been assessed court costs and restitution.

Monthly payments are required and are set either by the court, Juvenile Probation Officer, or by the Financial Collections Officer. The juvenile offender could be brought back before the court for a violation process.
